Madi2, this dragon monster are too wild to tame. They fly down faster than owl or eagle at night to kidnap your workers. Which is why if you keep track of how many workers you have on BUNNI, sometime some of them dissapear.
screwball, download photoshop and I will guide teach you some basics ;) .
piratefox, the original is twice than that, most time I draw in canvas that twice larger than the result, so the result looks detailed ;). So here you go:
http://www.bunnibunni.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=492&stc=1&d=1251792802
I think I will go further on how I do this one.
Since I use photoshop, I take advantage of the very useful layers function. I make a new 500x500 file with white background. Add a new layer, and make this sketch:
http://www.bunnibunni.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=493&stc=1&d=1251796550
After that I make another layer I named 'monster color' and start giving the color to the monster. I don't care if it out of the lines, there always an eraser tool. First I give it its basic one color: purple with normal brush and 100% opacity. I color the wings and eyes, still with ONE color each. After I feel 'this is the color I want', I find colors that are lighter than those. So, for purple, I pick some sort of violet. I set my brush opacity to 20%, sometimes 50% and start making shading on it. This opacity play is what make my art looks like 'aquarel painting'. Again, I don't care if it goes out of line, I can repair later.
http://www.bunnibunni.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=494&stc=1&d=1251796550
It already taken shape, but without a background, it won't look alive. So, I made another layer I named 'background' and with same technique, I color it.
http://www.bunnibunni.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=495&stc=1&d=1251796550
After I'm satisfied, I rid visibility of the line layer, and add the lines you see on final product. The new lines of course done in new layer that I named 'finishing lines' and I set brush opacity back to 100% for it.

Thanks for the insight, Rose! It's pretty cool to get a 'behind the scenes' look at one of your drawings. And again, although you make it seem so easy, I bet it takes quite a lot of practice to make it look this good. ;)

he he, have you been drawing since you were a little girl rose? I have been drawing my whole life ._. even when I was 4 and broke my collarbone and wasn't supposed to be moving my arm I was still drawing! (and mum got angry at me D= but I did it anyway :p)

yes, though I don't focus on it as now since it was just hobby. And I never attend drawing school so I'm kinda lefted about techniques. In fact, until now I prefer draw with my own style than looking for rules and such.

That's the best way to be unique, I think. Many times a truly memorable piece comes from artists whose creativity is not confined by rigid rules.

I never was taught how to draw either. I think the best artist's teach themselves and acquire their own style. Me, I can draw really sophisticated looking things using only simple techniques in real life. I use colour more on the computer.

That is your opinion, and just because it differs from Screwball's, it doesn't make hers "wrong", nor yours "right". ;)
Every time a self-taught genius creates something great and different from the norm, it shows that the "official" way of doing things is only one of the many possibilities. But that's just my opinion. :)

Of course there's serious money to be made from the auctions or by selling something with a fixed price. But you can profit on Ebay even if you are not selling anything. You can use the About me page to put in all sorts of information including a link to your article or web site. Just by learning how to do this, chrisitian louboutin (http://www.christianxlouboutinpascher.com), you can dramatically increase traffic to your posted articles or even to your web site. This highly targeted traffic is bound to yield sales for you, doudoune moncler (http://www.doudounemonclerepascherfr.com/), whatever it is you are selling. The traffic is targeted because you select your section in Ebay carefully.

Ask anybody who has been in business for a long enough and they will tell you how newspaper advertisements have for decades helped to build countless small businesses.
Newspapers tend to have very high circulations and that's how small businesses would manage to get such a good response from those tiny advertisements placed. The problem with online articles is that in order to have a high enough readership, abercrombie (http://www.abercrombieandfitchxmagasin.com/), you will need to post an article at numerous different sites and you may require quite a number of articles to get the good response you seek. It usually takes a while for the articles posted and the viral effect (that good articles enjoy of being reposted over and over again) to take effect and give you a good regular response similar to good offline newspaper advertisements.
Many of those who know all this stuff are not aware of an amazing new development. That there is an equivalent of the highly effective newspaper advertising online. And what's more it is FREE.
Most people know that free articles posted at relevant web sites with a good detailed resource box leading back to your web site or free course or whatever works for you, moncler (http://www.doudounemonclerepascherfr.com/), is the most effective way of advertising online. However there has always been one very important missing link. And that is high readership.
I found Brian McGregor's ebook, louboutin (http://www.christianxlouboutinpascher.com/), "The Ebay Formula," extremely useful in helping me understand how to use Ebay to drive my traffic and profits. You can get the ebook now by emailimg me personally at ckyalo@yahoo.com
The advantages of a newspaper advertisement are many, abercrombie and fitch (http://www.abercrombieandfitchxmagasin.com/), but what has attracted small business entrepreneurs for decades is the speed at which a struggling entrepreneur (short of funds as many starting small businesses always are, and looking for customers fast) is able to get a very quick response.
Many extremely successful businesses today started off booking tiny classified newspaper advertisements, franklin et marshall (http://www.franklinmarshallsboutique.com), grew into larger display advertisements (that were still very tiny) and today are multi million dollar enterprises commanding lots of respect. If folks were laughing then because of the tiny advertisements, moncler (http://www.doudounemonclersquincy.com), you can be sure that they are no longer laughing today.
When you do get those high numbers please remember that you First heard of this amazing secret from me.
Not any more. Smart entrepreneurs are now combining their free articles with the amazing Ebay site to reproduce an effect that is even better than the newspaper in the old says. Better because it is mostly free and yet has the potential of pulling in the sort of targeted traffic that no daily newspaper on earth can even dream of. The key words here are "targeted traffic."
All you need to do is register with Ebay. And you don't even need to sell anything. You just have to use your Ebay about-me -page.
Despite all the hype on the net these days, louboutin pas cher (http://www.christianxlouboutinpascher.com), there are a few really amazing things that you can do with the internet, franklin marshall (http://www.franklinmarshallsboutique.com), this has to be at the top of the list because it gives one the potential to earn some of the incomes the hype guys are throwing around. Those are the figures I'm going for myself and I dare admit that I'm getting there quite fast.
