Okay so whenever i log into my account and "wake up", the ghost keeps on saying "Click on my daughter to check if she's okay."

Thats the mother ghost =) and that is a bug try clearing your cache and playing again

It's not really a glitch. It was just how it was. Even if you did all the quests.
