Bunni Island Wars Map Thread

Due to the ever increasing size of the Roleplaying game "Bunni Island Wars(BWI)" Mkishere has asked me to draw maps. So with this thread i will add detailed maps of each Island. I will also add the descriptions after each island as well. So with that said here are the maps:


Befin: The smallest of the islands, this is covered on all sides with rocks and is easily defended. It has many deep caverns filled with gold, if one could dig them out they could live in them, expanding the area on which they can build. This island has a few apple trees across the land and a few scattered maple trees with sweet syrup. Though beware, in these caverns lurk dangerous animals, especially fearsome monsters, this island is home to the myth of the Visir dragon myth, many have gone deep into this island's caverns in searches of it, but none have come back.

Hemil: A middle sized island, it's shores are covered with rocks on all sides but the east. It's lands are plentiful in an assortment of trees though it lacks the bountiful ironwood, it also has deep mines, too lacking in gold. Along the shores many shells can be found, along with driftwood that gets caught in the rocks.This is the westernmost island. This island has a rare pig that can be mounted, though dangerous to approach is has been tamed in the past, the Gigan, a type of boar wields two fierce horns protruding from it's head. These boars are notorious for encounters and have killed many men, but if one were to tame one it'd be a great feat, though this is a rare happening. Few know the art of taming these beasts.

Durnam: One of the largest of the islands, it's shores are wide and hard to protect though it's lands have many resources like gold and ironwood trees. It's home to the delectable pear trees. The northern shore is covered in rocks but all other sides are easily attacked, the pioneers should rush to build defenses if they wish to stay at Durnam. This is the northernmost island. This island would be a great trade island, it holds the most valuable resources and holds the greatest value. This island is home to the Kirn, a cousin to the Owl, this tropical bird makes a great scout.

Jersun: A large woodland island, on the shores trees cover most of the beaches, only two bays exist, one on the north side and one on the west. This is the easternmost island. The land is bountiful in plum trees and has beautiful ironwood trees, unfortunately it lacks in mines. The wood of these trees is said to be as strong as iron itself, while being able to float on water this wood is great for ships.

Vuu: The southern most island, being of medium size this island is one of the most plentiful in fruit, it has plums, peaches, and the unique, mangoes. It's plants hold much medicinal value. It's south shores are all cliffs but the northern shore is a plain beach, though the island is in a crescent shape, the U facing north. The island has many fruitless trees among the other trees and in the southernmost part has many gray rock mines, though these rocks hold the least value of all the others. If one were to make structures from them, cannon balls made of stronger rocks could easily penetrate them.

Arr harr, ok. I'll get started on that. I sent you Vuu Befin and Hemil, correct?

you are correct. it will take a little while to add hemil, the scan was incomplete and now its being dumb

lol hermit. World map? I have some ideas for that, though if people want more races I'd add to it, like lets say someone wants wolves, I'd add a continent the size of australia home to the vicious independant wolves.

There are five kingdoms, all a part of one continent though, kinda a europe-like continent, they would be on the northern part of the world as the islands would be around where the pacific sea would be, or southeast of the five kingdoms. and theres and independant island the wolf one, and south of these five islands is the pirate kingdom, also about the size of the wolf island. When your done I'll pm more info as in the names and stuff, still getting it worked out.

How do you make the images into that thumbnail thing, like when you click it it gets bigger?

idk i just added them in the image management and uploaded them, and then ended up that way.

if you go to edit and then go advanced there is a mangament button and there you can upload pictures, and then they ended up that way.

Hey, Im not that good at drawing maps, but I could edit them to make them look great.
I'm going to color and thicken the main map.

I can't really do anything with just a picture of the compass O_o or is that just a screen shot of a part of the whole map.

It's actually the original compass on the main map.
I just edited it so it had colors.

got all colored but Vuu and my scanner is acting up i should have them before 8pm though

Updated the maps and touched them all up a bit. Only Vuu is left to go

Vuu is done! All the maps are here! Next stop THE WORLD!!!! I think i will need a list of where each character is from.

(e.i: Jack is from Stor a desert country northeast of Durnam. It is about 3 times the size of Durnam but scarcely populated. All races are found here except Pandas. It is small for a country.)

Alright, thats not a part of the 5 major kingdoms though, My guy if from a kingdom called Aroudon, a mix of all the races in one kingdom.

Prein: The panda kingdom.

Feorn: The fox kingdom.

Raiden: The bunny kingdom.

Ceri: The cat kingdom.

But don't start it just yet, did you get the banner done?

no im gonna do the banner tonight. So there are the five kingdoms, are there any specific places they need to be or do they have anything specific for weather?

The five kingdoms are all like right next to each other, kinda like where europe would be.

so on one island continent, like australia? also should we add some other countries like Stor, and maybe like two others? Would that be the world or is there still more.

And somewhere south of the five kingdoms would be Werik the Wolf continent, about the size of australia it's kinda south west.

so there are these islands (codename:colony) then the homeland which are five countries on one continent (codename:home) and a wolf country (codename: wild).

So "Colony" is in the middle. "Home" is somewhere close and "Wild" is southeast of everything (probably in an icy region)

Oh and, the Gengi pirate's home, being Gershin Island, a large island about the size of all of our colony islands to the south or west of the colony. Can you think of any more? And maybe someone wants us to put a continent on for there come country.

so far we got Stor, Homeland, Wolf island, Pirate island. What about the ancient home of the dragons? and then maybe i could add a few other colony islands for when this is bigger and to just take up space now.

Well, the ancient dragon place is mythical so people don't know where it is :P (Underwater) Wha? I said nothing!

what about the floating city of Azglow. An ancient city that is able to float high in the sky due to ancient powerful magic? it is constantly circling the globe.

Alright, woah, I keep hearing the twilight zone musi-- ZZZT, back on topic, anyways the other lands can be hmm. . . I guess that's all the world? Oh, and a few other countries near the five kingdoms, one being Reiden, a country neutralin the war that is on a continent, it's a formation between cats and foxes, and on the same continent another country, being Ruec, it's got all the races and is pretty much a peaceful country that you go to to trade and all. Tuec and Reiden on the same continent near the five kingdom's continent.

okay i have a good map for the world thought up, but i need like one more landmass for a filler

Alright, then it'll be the Icelands, no one lives there but theres monsters and stuff there, you can put two icelands, south and north if needed?

anyway, i added a malestrom and i got a map i might load it later, i also have 2 areas to fill space the dont have any names.

Did you put icelands? And sea names. . . well, the Visir sea is large, but heres some sea names, Enigro Sea, Sebir Sea, Deredoom Sea, near the wolf place.

By the way, who will be writing the history for the different countries? I'll volunteer to make a frame for how all the things came to be here, but it's going to be complicated with the backgrounds of different characters. I'll also want MK's input on world history too.

That's if you want me to make history of course.

anyway here is the world map. the ink is land, and the pencil is the sea. I will need to change it once i get names for those two continents. Also the dotted circles are where the islands are. (the second one is for future islands)
