Alright, so The SDSBB! is essentially a role playing school.
Here, literate RPers can apply to become teachers, while beginner RPers can learn how to RP through numerous amounts of ways. First off is our hands on system! The school itself can be treated as a location. Students are encouraged to walk around, interact with each other, or study under the numerous shady trees. Then there's one-on-one help! If we have enough open teachers, students can be connected to one specific tutor that can help them greatly! Last, the school wall will be updated with numerous tips and tricks that can help guide a new RPer to opening their amazing talent!
Of course, meanwhile, the school is being built. If you need some extra help RPing, join in the building process!

The school will work through an instance situation. Once you've applied to become a student or a teacher, you can be at the school whenever you want, even if your character may be participating in another thread! The school is, essentially, outside of time. Now, please note that we have not cleared this with the Grandfather Bunni, so the system may change unexpectedly. If the system does not pass inspection, we will be hoarding resources to build ferries that can be used as school buses to get our students and faculty to school and back home!

The Application Process:

First off, anyone who is willing to become a teacher must first pass a small amount of inspections. Should you pass, then you will be added to the school wall. You can pick up any enrolled students as a private student, help build the school, or suggest an addition to the school wall. Any student who wishes to join needs only to apply, as of right now there is no enrollment cap! Students that join can start helping to build the school, may pick up a teacher as a private tutor, or promote the school.
There is also another way to get into the school. Teachers, students, and other reliable sources can nominate certain non-enrolled members for either a student or staff position. Essentially, you nominate either a good RPer or a new RPer to join the school. Preferably you should PM the headmaster, but any teacher will do. Should that teacher or student accept this nomination they can apply to join the South Durnam family. Teachers that are nominated before applying, or apply with a nomination, are more likely to be accepted.

A lot of things are posted on the school wall. A list of students and faculty, a list of buildings, various RPing tips and tricks, student suggestions, and any ongoing contests or promotions are put up here. When we have it, a map of the school will also be available. If you have any questions about any topics on the School Wall, post in the thread or PM a school staff member.

This is like a focus. A few people may choose to PM you, but the majority of new RPers may not know that, or maybe they have a problem with you.
If they join the school, they will [hopefully] have a wider variety of teachers that are easily accessible.

Since we don't have any teachers [JOIN AS A TEACHER!] I guess I'll run the first class, which will be basic RPing.
Since the crowd seems to be small, I'll just start class one in here.
If it gets a lot bigger I'll create an OoC thread, and if it gets monstrous [Which I doubt to great extents] I'll start to have each class have it's own thread [the whole class will have one thread, [i]not one for each session].

[OoC; Alrighty, we've reached page four, so all non RPing messages need to be applied to OOC tags such as mine. The initial class will be Basic RPing Skills and Knowledge. The IC class will be Basic Survival. So how it works is we'll be RPing your character learning a class, and I'll [or whatever staff member is running the class] be helping you learn to RP better.

The school bell [a strangely hollow rock that rang when struck with another rock] echoed across the grassy field, indicating the start of a class. Of course, this was the first class, an exciting event for both staff and students. The only staff member directed the few students towards the learning quad for their first lesson, Basic Survival.

Second, you want to try to avoid script posting.
Instead of:
