This is a rather fast fox sketch, with two purposes - Bunni fan art and Bunni Island Wars fan art. :)

The photo itself is a bit dark, but that sketch is pretty good! :)

I like how you gave it a natural outdoors feel just by a few well-placed lines and strokes. It's also pretty cool that it's not just a fox simply standing/sitting, but instead peeking out from behind the tree - an action that leaves more questions than answers.

Drawing real life things can be very hard. This isn't a bad job though.
I don't know if you did this or not, but having a reference picture to go by makes drawing a lot easier. The fox looks very cute.

Keep trying to improve your skills and critique your own artwork. That means look at your picture and say to yourself, "What did I do wrong?" That's the only way to get better is to realize your mistakes.

Thank you, and thanks for the tips. I am not focusing on my drawing in any way, because it is on my photography that my focus lies. I only draw when I feel like drawing, and I hardly have any expectations or goals, and I am not sad if it turns out bad. It is merely a way to relieve my minds and thoughts.

Well, I am not a pencil artist. I do sketch and doodle now and then, particularly while being on the tram on my way home though. I could however not say that this is me everyday style - it was something I drew in the middle of the night because of some kind of idea I had. Usually, my drawings are entirely silly and less realistic than your typical manga-sized head.
