Because it isn't hosted on a remote location - it is linked from your documents, which are visible only to you.

You have to upload the piccy on photobucket or whatever the site is. Then right click on it then click properties copy and paste url and put it in insert image. (That's how I do it.)

First when your making a post, there will be a paperclip.
Click on it, a new window will appear. then click on browse.
Find your file, then click upload.
After that, close small window, and click on the paperclip again.
Chose your file, and it will paste it.
