What did you make it in?

Paint. you have to make it 100x100, zoom in, make it, zoom out, copy it, make pictures size bigger(like 500x500) paste the image you copied, then extend the image to fit screen

Where do you find the 100x100 option thingy?

go to image and then go to attributes

it wont allow me to upload anything i made a pixelation and it wont let me upload. its a 500x500.heres an example of what it says:Your file of 732.5 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 97.7 KB for this filetype. its a .bmp made in paint.

bmp is a very large file, try convert it to png or jpg.
