This walkthrough has been made from scratch by Chaoz_Reflexive, with a bit of English editing help from ScrewbaII.

Welcome to the bunni wiki and we're glad you are playing 'Bunni: how we first met'.

Since we always have some people who are confused about how to play the game...

here is a quick walk through that can help you finish the game in about one hour, perhaps a bit more ( some luck required XD ).

So lets start !

Part 1

" I opened my eyes, and I heard a voice from no where "

When you start the game, you will see our hero, King Bunni.

When you start you have nothing but deserted islands, but you also have 1000 Wood, 1500 Stones ( gold ) and no Gems ( the red jewel ).

When you move the Bunni King (to move: simply left click on your mouse on the place where you want the Bunni King to move to), you will see a bubble appear from no where. This bubble contains 1 Medium Pine Forest. Plant it ( just drag it onto the land ).

You will then find a sawmill (in a bubble). Build it ( just drag it onto the land ). Sawmills should be built near trees. You will then get the bunni house which you can buy bunni workers from, as long as you willing to pay for them.

Place the bunni house and purchase two bunnis, then drag them to the sawmill so that they will work.

They will get hungry shortly (you will know when they are hungry because they will stop working and have a flower symbol above their head). When they do this you will get a Medium Posie garden. Again, plant it near the sawmill. Bunnis will eat it and then start to work again.

After that you will get your first mote (heart): "First Love"

When you click it the bridge which leads to your second island will appear.

Part 2

On this island, you can find the Tower of Love, one ghost, and one bubble. Click on bubble and you will get one of the survivors: "Coriander" a blonde haired female bunni in a dress

Place her and have a nice talk with her XD. She gives you the General Store and asks you to rebuild the Bronze store!

Firstly place the General Store and buy the Bronze Store immediately. It only costs 200 Wood and 900 Stones.

When you place it, you will get your second mote " Bronze Store " Talk with Coriander and she will say thanks to you .. [ There's actually no reward for first helping ]

Buy the fox house from the Bronze Store and place it.

Now you can buy fox workers. They work faster then bunnis, but it means they get hungry faster too.

Buy a fox, and you will get the mote "Fox Importer". Buy four more of them. You will get the mote "Swedish Fox Party".

Talk with the ghost (two) who has a box on their head. They will give you a reward for each work [ Large Posie Garden , Meidum Iron Forest ]

By this time, your forest will be empty. Plant Iron Wood Trees with the Pine Trees. Buy one more Medium Posie Garden and place it near the sawmill and then place one fox there.

Buy 3 Medium Grey Hills and 1 Mine. [ You get the mote " You Placed a Mine " ]

Place both of them with the Large Posie Garden and place 2 fox workers.

Talk with the ghost on the second island and pay him. The bridge to Ginger Cove will open. [ It costs 100 wood and 100 stones ]

• Purchase Tulip and plant it , you will get a mote " Tulips for Coriander "

Since she does not give any quest that relate to Tulips, I didn't mention it .

Part 3

"I walked onto the new island, I could see the vestiges of old workplaces"

This island provides you with quite a big space and some resouces that are already nicely placed for working.

• From now on I will not guide you on how to place resources nor how many workers are needed, but just be aware that workers do overharvest resources, that is, you have to place the resources again.

You will find a bubble which contains "Pirate Pete" . Place him, but place him NICELY, HE CANNOT BE MOVED AFTER PLACING Have a talk with him, [ You will get the mote " Pirate Tales " ]

He tells you some nasty stories XD, tell them to the Coriander and she gives you a reward for the story. [ Small Ironwood Forest ]

By this time , you will have enough resources to buy the Silver Store which can be purchased from the Bronze Store [ Cost depends on how many resources you have ]

Place it and you get the mote "Silver Store" Talk with Coriander and she will give you a reward for rebuilding the Silver Store. [ 1000 Stones ]

• Silver Store provides you with a great item - " Bomb ",

It can destroy everything ( even your property ), it is used to rearrange the island.

There is a Wedding Dress at the Silver Store. If you kept your resources low, it will be very cheap [ Cost depends on how many resources you have ] But before you buy it, buy some deer bombs. [ Purchase the dress, and you will get the mote " The Girl's New Dress " ] [ No reward ]

Talk to Coriander again, she will say that she heard something. After the talk, deer will appear on your islands. Place the deer bomb near the deers to destroy them ( it takes some time before it explodes ). [ Deer are cute, but if you let them go , they will eat all the food ]

Go to Ginger Cove (the 3rd island) and take a look around. There is a tree which has apples on it. Fruit trees are the key points to finishing the game quickly. ( There are Apple, Pear, and Legendary Plum Trees )

Those trees provide you with some resources: Gems (only provided by trees), unique decorations, free workers or items.

Click on the trees to shake them and sometimes they will drop items. It is better to wait for fruit trees to have a lot of fruit on them (4 - 5 fruits) before shaking them. This way there is a higher chance of getting gems, rare decorations and items and workers.

It's better to plant Apple Trees multiple times (Apple Trees produce Apple seeds, represented by an apple in a bubble, and when replanted produce an apple tree) (dropped Apples can be used instead of Posies, Tulips, and Roses for food)

• TRY NOT TO PLANT FRUIT TREES NEAR FORESTS

If the workers run out of trees to cut down they will chop down fruit trees which results in either a bomb that explodes your workers and everything around the fruit tree, the appearance of a deer, or the appearance of a monster.

• DO NOT PLANT FRUIT TREES TO CLOSE, fruit trees drop items in bubble form,

so if the trees are too close, you won't be able to pick up the dropped items.

• Do not forget to shake Fruit trees, they really help you to finish the game quickly.

Now, if you have enough resources, talk with the ghost in Ginger Cove (3rd island) and pay him

Now, the bridge to Verdant Bay (4th island) is open.

Part 4

" I heard a munching sound .... "

As soon as the bridge opens, you will be greeted by deers. Destroy them as you did before. [ You get the mote " Destroyer of Deer " ]

Talk to Coriander, and she will give you a reward for it [ 10 Gems ]

Now, if you have enough resources, purchase the Steel Store from the Silver Store. It is not too expensive [ Cost depends on how many resource you have ] [ You get the mote " Steel Store " ]

Talk to Coriander again, and you will get a reward. [ 1000 Woods ]

Again, there is an item for Coriander; " String of Pearls " If you had enough resources to buy Steel store, it won't be a problem to buy the pearls. [ Cost depends on how many resource you have ] [ You get the mote " The Girl's New Necklace " ]

Talk to Coriander, she starts to like you XD [ No reward ]

Go to Verdant Bay, and you will find a new girl " Pirate Peach " in a bubble. When you talk with her, she will tell you she wants you to plant Roses.

By this time, if you didn't stop shaking your trees, you will have about 50 gems or so. You can purchase a Small Rose Garden at the Silver Store. [ Cost 5 Gems ] [ Roses are the most efficient food for workers, even a small rose garden can feed 3 bunnis ]

Plant the Rose Garden somewhere, and talk with Peach, she will give you a reward. [ You get the mote " Red roses, Red lips " ] [ Large Maple Forest ]

Now, you will probably have enough resources to buy the Gold Store from the Steel Store. Place it. [ Cost depends on how many resource you have ] [ You get the mote " The Most Glorious Gold Store " ]

Talk to Coriander, she will give you a reward. [ 1500 Woods ]

Talk with her again, and she talks about old traditions of bunni islands. Go to Gold store and purchase the Tiara, it will not cost much. [ Cost depends on how Many resource you have ] [ You get the mote " The Girl's Tiara " ] [ No reward ]

Go to Verdant Bay(4th island), talk to the ghost and pay him. Now the bridge to Wedding Isle is open.

Part 5

" Blind "

After you give the Tiara to Coriander, she proposes to you !!! D: [ Bad King T^T , let girl say love you first ] [ You get the mote " Madly in Love " ]

Talk with her again, to accept her proposal and you will get 15 Gems ( for wht!! )

But on Wedding Isle (5th island), there is nothing.

Try to make your workers do work efficiently. When you have enough resources, purchase the Church. [ You get the mote " Build a Church " ]

Go to Wedding Isle, and talk with Priest. Pay him each 50 Woods and 50 Stones to hold the wedding. Now you will get married to your love, Coriander XD

• It might take some time to see the Marriage scene. Be patient XD.
• You also cannot choose to marry Pirate Peach.

After Wedding Isle is opened, There will be a new ghost, he will request you to build a Holy Statue (the plain pale grey bunni statue). Purchase one, and place it. [ Cost 5000 Woods and 10000 Stones ] [ You get the mote " Holy Statue " ]

• You cannot use a 'Gem Statue' (the brown bunny with a red gem on its belly) to finish the quest.
• As mentioned, you may get any item in the game by shaking trees.

It's not required to do this quest before opening Pirate Cove (you can do it at any time you want).

Now, let's purchase Legendary Gem Store from Steel Store. Place it. [ Cost 100 Gems ] [ You get the mote " Legendary Store "]

Talk with Peach, she gives you a reward for building the Legendary Gem Store [ 2000 Stones ]

Go to Ginger Cove and talk with the ghost. Pay him and the bridge to Pirate Cove will be opened for you. [ Cost 100 Gems ]

Finale

" we've almost recovered all of the islands! "

Well, we reached Pirate Cove which is the biggest of the islands. There is already some resources here and one pear tree.

If you didn't stop shaking your trees, you probably have more then 100 Gems. Buy a Legendary Plum tree from the Legendary Gem Store. [ Cost 100 Gems ] [ This tree has highest possibility to give you a rare item and of course plum seeds ]

Keep shaking it until you have 5 plum seeds and plant them. [You get the mote " Plum orchard " ]

Talk to Peach, she will give you a reward. [ Large Ironwood Forest ]

Talk with her again and she will give you a panda which makes her happy. [ You get the mote " Everyone loves Pandas " ]

Place Panda at Sawmill [ You get the mote " Put that panda to work ! ]

• You cannot finish the quest if you put panda on Mine!!!
• You must also use the panda that Peach gives you to get the mote, so DON'T SELL THE PANDA

(Panda workers found from trees will not work for this quest)

Talk to Peach and she will reward you. [ 100 Stones ]

Get 100 Gems ready and Talk to Peach again. The bridge to the Pirate Bay(last Island) will open and 5 monsters will appear. Pay 20 Gems to each of them and they will work for you. [ You get the mote " Hired Monster " ] [ You get the Monster House at Pirate Cove ]

Talk to Peach and she will reward you. [ 2000 Woods ]

Shake some trees and accumulate 500 Gems. Give these to Peach and she will dance for you. [ You get the mote " Dancing Queen " ]

Click on the forum button on top right corner of the game to get forum mote. Close the game and relogin to get welcome back mote.

Congratulations! You have finished the game!

• You may have gotten Plum tree or Panda before you receive either of those quest. ( You may get them from other Fruit trees ).

However, the panda Peach gives you is the only one that will work to get the required mote

• You may have paid 20 Gems to a monster to work for you before you get the quest.
• After you finish your game, there will be neverending chests appear around your Tower of Love,

It just means that you have finished the game; Chests will spawn and give you free resources.

• Still, you have to get " Welcome Back " & " Visit Forum " mote before you finish game; see the Tower of Love to know how to get it.
